Sexuality (Record Makers), the new album from renowned
French singer-songwriter and pop instrumentalist Sebastien Tellier, is
now available at all American Apparel locations throughout the US and
Canada. Limited edition versions of the Sexuality CD, LP and Dvine 7” and 12” single will be sold in exclusive three month prerelease in stores and online at www.americanapparel.net.
The unique collaboration between American Apparel and Parisian label Record Makers began with an exclusive pre-release of the album at the retailer’s German locations, before expanding to the rest of Europe and now North America. All parties involved seem to agree that the provocative nature of the album and the retailer make the two an obvious match.
To promote “Sexual Sportswear”, the album’s first single, American Apparel created two exclusive garments – the SexualiT and SexualiTank – which will be in stores for a limited time only. On the first day of availability, American Apparel employees will wear the garments to promote the partnership and help launch the promotion.

throughout, programming tracks for in-store play and offering album
preview streams online. In addition, Sebastien will be contributing
select content for the Viva Radio airwaves in-store and online.

The album – produced by Guy Manuel de Homem-Christo (Daft Punk) – will be available at American Apparel stores on CD alongside limited edition 7” and 12” pressings of Divine, the album’s second single.
Sexuality’s American Apparel shelf date coincides with Sebastien Tellier’s North American tour, which kicks off in Los Angeles on July 26th, and wraps up in Toronto August 4th with stops in New York and Montreal along the way.

Sebastien Tellier
Sebastien Tellier released his first album, L’Incroyable Verite, in 2001. After touring in support of AIR and contributing to the Lost in Translation soundtrack, Tellier recruited Tony Allen on drums and Phillippe Zdar on production for his 2004 album Politics, notable for the epic, piano-led La Ritournelle which brought Tellier’s music to a global audience.
